IELTS International English language testing system is helping citizens of non-native English-speaking countries. Exam procedure :-

There are four segments in the exam reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Candidates are tested and graded separately for each section. Later an aggregate is formed, which will be the final score. If candidates are applying for academic purposes, then he/she need grades around 6 to 9. All the sections hold its importance as a result of most of the institutions not only as a suitable aggregate but also ask for average scores in each of the subtopics. In the listening, section candidates will be given some audios having paragraphs in English. In the end, questions related to that particular paragraph are asked to check how much a candidate can understand by listening.

Here not only content is relevant but also the context. In writing, segment candidates may be asked to write it on a particular topic or with some questions. In the reading, section candidates will be given paragraphs which the candidate readout. Here along with the content reading, the pronunciations are also noted. Most of the candidate’s devout wrong impressions in this round because they try to express a fake accent to impress the examiner. This, however, is not needed. The last section would be speaking where a personal interview is conducted asking some basic questions. This is not a test for general knowledge candidates are not asking any intellectual question but rather simple questions about the candidate. Hear the flow, as well as fillers, are noted. Exams can be applied online. Candidates have to check the availability of preferred dates and time. Once a convenient slot is found, candidates need to create an account with the British council. After the successful creation of an account, the candidate can book and pay. If the person applying is below 18, there is a requirement for a guardian.
