Who interested and eligible candidates want to apply so candidates lower division clerk are required to pay application fee Rs 200/- through demand draft in the favor of Secretary, NCERT and payable at New Delhi. Candidates belonging to Schedule caste categories candidates (SC) / Schedule tribe categories candidates (ST) and women categories candidates are exempted from application fee. candidates lower division clerk may apply online through official website of National Council of Education Research and training (NCERT) http://www.ncert.nic.in on or before 8th February 2016 and send the print – out along with documents and applications fee send to Section officer, R – II section, National Council of Education Research and training (NCERT), Auro Bindo Marg, New Delhi:- 110016 on or before 22nd February 2016.
